What is Gladiator WOD (Workout of the Day)?

  • Gladiator WOD is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style / deck of cards workout designed to increase endurance and full body strength.

  • Each deck is different and designed to focus on select body parts. Combine all 3 decks for a challenging full body workout.

  • For Example: Flip a 10 and execute 10 of the exercises displayed on the card. Flip the next card…

  • A traditional workout is 3 sets of 10 = 30 reps/exercise.  Gladiator is 13 sets/exercise with a non-modified goal of 117 reps/exercise! 

  • A completed deck is nearly 500 reps!! (not modified)

  • Whether you are a beginner or a pro athlete, this program is fully customizable to your fitness level by increasing weight and/or reps.

  • Basic exercise equipment is needed. Suggested equipment for all decks:  Ab wheel, pull up bar or bands, dumbbells, & a bench or sturdy chair/stool, or dip bars.

  • It's as easy as: shuffle the deck, flip the top card, repeat until the deck is finished!

Monday - Maximus deck

Tuesday - Lift and/or cardio

Wednesday - Spartacus deck

Thursday - Rest or Low intensity (walk, yoga, bike, jog, etc) 

Friday - Titus deck

Saturday - Lift and/or cardio

Sunday - Rest or Low intensity (walk, yoga, bike, jog, etc)
